Who We Want
We seek individuals who align with our values and recognise their significance. The reason we conduct informal chats before interviews is to ensure that the role resonates with you and that you share our vision and common goals for the team.
We are looking for caring individuals who demonstrate empathy and understand how children can be affected by their experiences, shaping their actions and responses.
Furthermore, we seek individuals who are committed to their own personal development and show dedication to their role and growth. We value career-focused individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in this sector, progress through various roles, acquire further qualifications, and allow us to invest in their development.
