Ruth

Business Manager

I began working with Dimensions Care in June 2021. Straight away I was made to feel at ease and welcomed in by the management team. With this being my first time working in residential care, I had some anxiety, however Laura and Wayne were always there to help and answer any questions.

It’s been really rewarding being part of a brand-new care team and building a home for the young people we care for.  In such a short amount of time, I believe we have a built an amazing team and each one of us have different strengths which benefit and learn from.
