Jen

Care Practitioner

“I chose to work for Dimensions Care because straight away I felt a warmth and friendly vibe. I loved the values of the company and the aim to support all the young people that cross our paths as much as we can. Being part of The Nest home has had it’s challenges but our young people are amazing and it’s great to see how far these young people have come since coming to us.

Dimensions care have a therapeutic approach and believe that it’s important to make our houses as homely as possible, giving our young people parental figures that can provide safe, comforting and a supportive environment. Our young people are at the core of everything we do and we as a team and company are always looking to improve to continue to thrive in being the best team we can be for our young people.”

Ruth

Care Practitioner

I began working with Dimensions Care in June 2021. Straight away I was made to feel at ease and welcomed in by the management team. With this being my first time working in residential care, I had some anxiety, however Laura and Wayne were always there to help and answer any questions.

It’s been really awarding being part of a brand-new care team and building a home for the young people we care for.  In such a short amount of time, I believe we have a built an amazing team and each one of us have different strengths which benefit and learn from.
